1/4 cup cider vinegar
3 tbsp olive oil
3 garlic cloves, chopped
2 tsp cracked black pepper
2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

Instructions
- Combine marinade ingredients and marinate steak 2 hours.
- Grill steak 4–5 minutes per side, rest, and slice.
- Combine salad ingredients and top with sliced steak.
