1 lb Verde Farms 93/7 organic grass-fed ground beef

1/2 tbsp Himalayan salt

1/2 tbsp cumin

1/2 tbsp paprika

1/2 tbsp oregano

1/2 cup red bell pepper, diced

1/2 cup yellow bell pepper, diced

1 tbsp salted butter

1 small yellow onion, diced

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese, divided

Cooking spray

16 wonton wrappers

Shredded cheese

Sour cream

Salsa

Avocado, chopped

Cilantro, chopped

Instructions

Heat the oven to 350°F.
Melt the butter in a skillet over medium heat and sauté the onion for 2 to 3 minutes.
In a bowl, mix the ground beef with the salt, cumin, paprika, oregano, and diced peppers.
Add the beef mixture to the skillet and cook until browned.
Spritz a mini muffin tin with cooking spray and press a wonton wrapper into each cup.
Fill each wrapper halfway with the beef mixture, add a little cheddar, then top with more beef and more cheese.
Bake for about 8 minutes, until the cheese is melted and the wonton cups are crisp.
Finish with your favorite toppings and serve warm.
