Mozz & Meatballs: Fill meatballs with mozzarella for a finger food app.
Cuban Picadillo: Add tomatoes, raisins, olives, chorizo, cumin and oregano. Roll in tortillas and serve with rice.
Stuffed Peppers: Stuff peppers with long-grain rice, ground beef and seasons. Top with cheese and bake for an easy lunch.
Turn meat into muffins
Saute onion, chopped spinach, and spices. Mix with ground beef and eggs. Bake in muffin tins. And take it on the go.
Game-day nachos
Cook beef in a skillet with taco seasoning. Top chips with beef, shredded cheese, and jalapenos. Bake in the oven. Serve with salsa and diced avocado.
