Ingredients:
- 2 lbs 85/15 lean Verde ground beef
- 2 cans dark red kidney beans (15 oz per can), drained and rinsed
- 2 (14.5 oz) cans diced tomatoes
- 3 (8 oz) cans tomato sauce
- 1 large yellow onion, chopped
- 3-4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup beef broth
- 2 Tbsp chili powder
- 1 Tbsp ground cumin
- 2 tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil, for cooking
