  • 1 lb Verde Farms 80/20 Ground Beef
  • 3-4 stalks celery, diced
  • 3-4 whole carrots, peeled and sliced
  • 1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes with juice
  • 1 can (14.5 oz) green beans, drained
  • 1 can (14.5 oz) corn with juice
  • 1 can (12 oz) V8 drink
  • 1 (24 oz) jug beef broth
  • 2 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

Brown the Ground Beef:
  1. In a large pot or Dutch oven, cook the Verde Farms 80/20 Ground Beef over medium heat until browned. Break it into crumbles as it cooks. Drain excess fat and set aside.
Sauté the Aromatics:
  1. In the same pot, add the diced celery, carrots, and minced fresh garlic. Sauté for 3-5 minutes until the vegetables are slightly softened and fragrant.
Build the Stew Base:
  1. Stir in the garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Cook for 1 minute to combine.
  2. Add the diced tomatoes (with juice), green beans, corn (with juice), and the browned ground beef to the pot. Stir to combine.
Add Liquids:
  1. Pour in the V8 drink and beef broth, stirring to mix all ingredients thoroughly.
Simmer the Stew:
