Serve It Up
We serve ours medium-rare.
Grill and top with caramelized onions. Serve in a pool of steak sauce.
Sear in a pan and finish in the oven. Pair with fries garnished with crispy rosemary for your own “steak frites.”
Broil in the oven. Top with wild mushrooms sautéed with shallots and fresh thyme.
Charred just enough.
Season, cook in the oven and serve.
