We like our stir-fry best cooked in hot oil in a wok or other large pan.
Spicy Beef & Brussels: Marinate beef in a sauce of serrano peppers, sesame oil, rice vinegar, garlic, ginger and lemon juice. Stir fry with sliced Brussels sprouts and peppers.
Cheese Steak Sub: Stir fry beef with peppers and onions. Melt provolone on top. Serve on sub rolls. Great for lunch or tailgating!
Thai Lettuce Wraps: Cook beef in a coconut milk curry sauce and wrap in lettuce with Thai chili sauce and diced mango.
20-Minute Beef & Zoodles
Stir fry beef with zucchini noodles. Add minced garlic, onions and tamari. Sprinkle toasted sesame seeds on top.
